Vendor selection

Independent help choosing the platforms and partners your business will depend on, and getting them implemented.

Software decisions outlive the people who make them. A demo is not evidence, a feature list is not a fit, and the real costs of a platform show up in year two, after the sales team has moved on. Choosing well requires knowing what the business actually needs, which questions expose a vendor's weak points, and where the contract terms will bite.

The work runs from requirements grounded in the real workflow, through a market scan and shortlist, a structured evaluation or RFP, and commercial negotiation, to oversight of the implementation through go-live and adoption. The advice is independent: no vendor affiliations, reseller agreements, or referral fees sit behind any recommendation.

Best fit for: companies making their first major systems purchase, replacing a legacy platform, or untangling a tool stack that grew without a plan.
